Approach to Training:
Performance nutrition is highly individualized. We’ll make suggestions based on what works in your lifestyle and to complement your training goals. We help plan for proper hydration, training nutrition, and tournament nutrition, and leave it up to the athletes to execute.

Ultimate Experience:
Daisy has played ultimate for almost 10 years. She played for McGill Ultimate (2012-2016), Storm & Venus Ultimate (Montreal), and currently plays for elite Canadian women’s team Traffic Ultimate (2017-present). She achieved a bronze medal at the World Junior (U24) Ultimate Championships in 2018 with Team Canada Mixed, and is a member of the roster for the WUGC 2020/2021 Team Canada Mixed team.
Elsa has played for McGill Ultimate ( 2015-2017) and Iris Ultimate (2016-current). She has also coached both league and elite level womxn's players.
