Hi! I'm Piers and my pronouns are he/him. While I started my career as a coach, I have spent the last 10 years helping individuals and teams improve their mental performance. I have worked extensively with athletes and professionals in high-risk occupations.
Approach to Training:
Accessible, sustainable, and customized. My FULLY DIGITAL mental performance course consists of short videos (6-8 mins) and downloadable PDF worksheets available for individuals and teams. Team version comes with a coach/captain guide to facilitating meaningful conversation around each of the six topics and “live” support from me. Turning the facilitation over to you makes this a more customized and sustainable investment in your team’s mental toughness than paying for a few “in-person” sessions. Afterall, you’re the ones there everyday with one another to reinforce the concepts and continue growth. Finally, I am committed to making mental training accessible to all.
