Gamepoint Performance was established to answer the question all athletes have: What should I do today for training? While providing the tools to physically prepare, we want to go further and improve visibility into the training process. It is only through exceptional training effort and determination that an athlete in any sport ascends into the upper echelon of legitimacy and performance. We feel it is important to showcase the hardened efforts that have long been only behind the scenes, especially those of less represented people groups. Let us inspire one another. Approach to Training:
Gamepoint Performance offers a comprehensive online training program for your Long-Term Athletic Development. No matter your level (beginner/advanced, young/old, healthy/injured), our dynamic model meets you where you are and provides the best guidance to navigate the complexities of training for sports performance. We offer memberships that range from templated programs without coaches to fully customized, one-on-one distance coaching with an aim to make our best-in-class training available for even those on a budget. Our training model is research guided and experience driven in order to always stay on the bleeding edge of improving anyone’s athletic capabilities indefinitely. We offer 2-4 and 3-5 training days per week with a multi-year schedule that can be anchored to any competition schedule.
