I am the owner and lead trainer for Endure Strength and Conditioning. I am an ACE certified personal trainer, NSCA strength and conditioning specialist, and a professional Ultimate player. Over my 5 years of training I have focused on functional movement and strength and conditioning. I have premade programs that will increase you strength and athleticism. I also offer remote training and custom programs. I have worked with Ultimate players at every level and can help you improve your game!
Approach to Training:
I use a combination of functional movement and strength and conditioning. I start by doing a movement screen, looking for any areas that need addressed. If any are found, I program correctives to improve movement patterns. We can then add strength and performance on top of the new patterns. This creates a strong foundation that helps reduce injuries and improve overall performance.
I first started playing Ultimate in 2007. Since then I have played in the AUDL every year (except 2015 where I tore my acl). I currently play for the Madison Radicals where I handle for the defensive line. I have played at club nationals 2 times with Madison's top mixed team NOISE.
