I believe in bringing ultimate players to their maximum athletic potential. I'll be using the most up to date research in performance & stability training to craft a personalized program for you to reach your goals as efficiently as possible. My style of training focuses on velocity-power-based movements while incorporating safe stability exercises to not only ensure that you will be as explosive as your body allows but also greatly limiting fatigue & injuries. Everyone is different, so every program will be tailored to the level of play you are at & specialized for you. I can do virtual sessions, workout plans, group sessions, or In-person plans (at home or our facility). Let's get you better.
Approach to Training:
I believe in making training aligned with your goals & that is enjoyable for you to partake in. I have a heavy focus on the explosive movements of ultimate and find it very important to create workouts that will protect your body from all on-field situations. I take into factor all of the life stresses (emotional, social, & physical) to your workouts/ Having a great amount of experience in ultimate from all levels & testing my workouts before I present them to you, will ensure you will be getting top-quality sport-specific workouts. I can lead groups, do in-person, online, or virtual sessions.
I have been playing ultimate frisbee for over 8 years & have participated in almost every level of competition. From high-school, college, club & pro I have a deep love for the game & want to see it grow more than anything. I am grateful to be able to help impact the athletes of the sport to really shine their full potential. This experience combined with my expertise in strength, explosiveness, power, & conditioning means I will create workouts that will make sure you have that extra step on your opponent & win those sky battles.
